When you receive this call from us, we will ask you a series of questions to verify that you are ready and have everything we will need on site for your template appointment. We also provide that information to our template technician to help them prepare for your visit.
The templating process involves the making of a “blueprint” for your new counters - this is when we confirm the measurements, angles, sinks and stoves/cooktop sizes , and leveling of your cabinets in order to produce your new tops . Getting the measurements and information right at the time of template is essential - which is why our certified template technicians utilize the latest Lt 2D 3D laser equipment to measure for your countertops.
Our template technicians may have to discuss a few very important details with you during the time of your appointment such as seam placement , appliance placements, radius, overhangs, etc. For this reason, we ask that you be present for the entirety of the duration of your template.
When the template is completed, we will review with you the details of your job to make sure all of the information is correct and answer any questions or concerns prior to our installer’s arrival. Please keep in mind that we will need your signature and written authorization in order to proceed with fabrication on your counters.
If you cannot be present for the entire appointment, please let us know in advance so we can make alternate arrangements.
